VISTO:

           La solicitud mediante nota presentada por la Sra. Fabiana Cristina DÍAZ, Directora de la Escuela Provincial Nº88 y,

CONSIDERANDO:   

          Que la nombrada en el visto solicita un aporte para un ESPECTÁCULO DE NARRACIÓN, el cual se brindará el próximo 24 de agosto del corriente año.

          Que es necesario dictar el correspondiente instrumento legal.

POR ELLO:

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE JOSE DE SAN MARTIN, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES LEGALES QUE LE OTORGA LA LEY XVI N°46, EMITE LA PRESENTE:

RESOLUCIÓN

Articulo 1º: Autorícese al DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO MUNICIPAL al pago de pesos tres mil ($3.000), en concepto de aporte a la Escuela Provincial Nº88. 

Articulo 2°: Regístrese, comuníquese al  D.E.M, a TESORERIA MUNICIPAL a sus efectos,  al interesado y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.-
