VISTO:

            La nota presentada por la Directora de la Escuela Provincial Nº88 Sra. Fabiana Cristina DIAZ, y 

CONSIDERANDO:

            Que la misma solicita un aporte para cubrir los gastos de medallas y plaquetas para los Egresados 2018 de la institución.

            Que no existen impedimentos al respecto y se debe dictar el correspondiente instrumento legal.- 

POR ELLO:

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE JOSE DE SAN MARTIN, EN USO DE LA FACULTADES LEGALES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY XVI, N° 46 SANCIONA LA PRESENTE:

RESOLUCIÓN

Articulo 1º: Autorícese al DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO MUNICIPAL al pago de pesos TRES MIL QUINIENTOS ($3.500), en concepto de aporte, destinado al pago de medallas y plaquetas para los Egresados 2018 de la Escuela.

Articulo 2°: Regístrese, comuníquese al  D.E.M, a TESORERIA MUNICIPAL a sus efectos,  al interesado y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.-
